The MASY Group seeks a Senior Program Analyst and Strategic Planner within the Strategy and Policy Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, Training Directorate, Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA). 



  • Support the Army-wide staffing of Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) Requirements documents by providing analysis of Army current and future training requirements
  • Provide daily entries into the Capabilities and Army Requirements Oversight Counsel Management System (CAMS) to receive, log, track, and prepare requirements documents for HQDA staffing
  • Support the staffing of Cost Analysis Requirements Documents (CARD) to ensure training equities are considered as part of the sustainment cost of new equipment in establishing an Army Program Baseline (APB) and an Army Cost Position (ACP) 
  • Present data to senior military and civilian leaders and provide recommendations as necessary
  • Prepare the G-3 training representative to participate in Senior Army Leader Forums requiring detailed knowledge of the training equities for new or existing Army Programs
  • Provide analysis and produce point/ information/white papers and decision briefs and other correspondence as required


  • 10+ years experience working on the Army Staff, Army Commands or Joint Staff
  • BA/BS degree (minimum)
  • Former 04-06 military experience preferred
  • Extensive background in military training, Army training experience preferred
  • Familiarity briefing senior military and civilian leaders
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Active Secret Clearance
